What: Whole-Cooked Brisket, an average weight of 7-9 lbs, which will feed 16-18 people. On the side: our Texolina Sauce (red and sweet, vinegar forward) and Pickled Red Onions.

Cost: $125 each

When: Place your order at least 48 hours in advance by emailing events@houseatgatewood.com today through Wednesday, 12/21 at noon. Pick-up is from Saturday, 12/17, through Saturday, 12/24.
